Ideal for taking full advantage of the landscaped garden, which serves as a veritable extension of the villa: a summer lounge, a pergola with dining table, and a private 10x3m swimming pool.
The villa’s contemporary and immaculate interior design has a very special kind of charm. The ground floor living areas have large bay windows that open directly on to the outdoors so that the spacious living room, with its fireplace and elegant decor, and the warm and welcoming dining room, are flooded with light. The five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, offer a high level of comfort on the par with the property as a whole. The villa, located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the resort, offers its guests a lovely, peaceful setting for their stay. The closest restaurant is 200m down the road, and an assortment of local shops and supermarkets can be found within a radius of one kilometer of the property. The villa is only 2km from the Cascais town center, and accessible in 10min.
Once a sleepy little fishing village, Cascais has now become one of the Lisbon area’s most fashionable seaside resorts. It was the Portuguese royal family’s favorite vacation destination and it certainly has retained its fair share of charms: gourmet restaurants, bustling cafe terraces, shops, leisure activities and a swinging nightlife, golf course and casino, as well as splendid 19th century villas and little beaches.
