Pedro Alexandrino one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and authentic area in Lisbon near bus, metro and tram 28 stop.
It s a lovely apartment with 58 m2 with a private terrace with view over the shared garden. Very spacious, and luminous, it has a modern open kitchen with oven, hot plates, kettle, toaster, dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, a living room with flat screen tv, a bathroom with shower, a separate wc and the bedroom.
Wifi, AC in all roms, flat screen tv with international channels are provided in this flat.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
GRAÇA
The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.
Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city.
Finally the metro station "Martim Moniz" 10 min walk.

THE HISTORY
During the Christian reconquest, Graça was a gigantic olive grove occupied by Arab peasants. The Augustinian monks chose this "village" outside the walls to build their religious buildings. From the 15th century - period of great discoveries - aristocrats invested in the neighborhood, known for its clean air. During the industrial revolution, around 1850, the workers' villas were born.
