Large two bedrooms’ apartment near the city center and metro station of Anjos (400 m).

This modern apartment is very comfortable, luminous and spacious, very well decorated with hot colors and wooden furniture. It has been designed with "open space". It has been completely renovated and well equipped with a kitchen opened to the lounge, a living room with flat-screen TV, double bedroom, ensuite, and balcony where you can enjoy breakfast under the Lisbon sun.

Wifi, central heating, and cable TV are available in this property.

You will feel comfortable and cosy like home.

Stay in a traditional residential neighborhood that mixes with a new multi-cultural generation. Central apartment close to shops and public transportation, and easy access to the main points of interest of the city.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

The neighborhood

The Anjos neighborhood is becoming one of the most trendy and coolest neighborhood in Lisbon. Nearby you'll find shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and traditional local commerce.

It has an edge that appeals to designers, musicians and artists. It also has many of the coolest new bars and cafés of the city. You’ll find plenty of skaters and street artists hanging around or practicing here and the main square is often a stage for dance groups to perform a 5 minutes walking with cafes and esplanades.
