Located in the authentic and quiet district of Graça in the heart of the city, this beautiful apartment of 96 m² is composed of three colorful and bright rooms.

Housing Features:
With a capacity of five people, the apartment on the 4th floor without elevator has two double rooms and a single room.
The bathroom has a bath and a balcony with clear view and without vis-à-vis on the Tagus and the Pantheon.
The independent kitchen, is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and also has a balcony with views of the city and the Tagus.
The very spacious living room, which has a corner sofa and a flat screen TV with all international channels, is separated from the dining room by splendid wooden beams pombalines.

There is wifi access throughout the apartment.

The best way to get to Graça is taking the mythic tram 28, which runs through all the historic districts of the city.
Graça sits atop one of Lisbon's seven hills. This peaceful district reveals a grandiose panorama and architectural treasures: churches and convents, working-class villas and aristocratic quarters. Graça has the charm of Lisbon without age, the Lisbon Fado romantic and warm. The belvedere "Senhora do Monte" is spectacular. It is the highest point of the whole city.
The accommodation is close to the tourist sites of the city such as São Jorge Castle, Chiado, Alfama and Mouraria districts.
