For check-in you have to go to our Welcome Center (Avenida Duque De Ávila 110A), we will be waiting for you between 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., please inform us in advance of your arrival time on +351 935 899 213. Please note that all guests must provide their identification upon check-in and will be charged the tourist tax (2€ per person/day).

If your arrival time is before 15.00, we will be happy to store your luggage while we prepare the flat for your stay.

Please note that late check-in at the flat has the following costs:

- Between 8pm and 10pm, you will have an additional cost of € 15;
- After 22:00 you have an additional cost of 30 euros.

With My home in it's a question of quality and comfort, you can always purchase our personalized services, namely a shuttle that takes you to the flat, at an additional cost of 30€ (up to 4 people). If you wish to book the service also to the airport, the cost is 55€, just tell us your flight number and we will be waiting for you!

Upon check-out, we ask that you leave the flat in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, My home in reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount of the reservation.
