Stay in the heart of the historic center of the city, in a quiet and authentic alley.
Located below the Marquês de Pombal square, and 7 minutes walk from the Liberty Avenue, this one bedroom apartment is an excellent base for discovering the city.
You will be seduced by its private patio and its comfort, consisting of a modern kitchen fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook ), a large living room with a sitting area with large plasma TV and a dining room. The wifi is included.
You will enjoy a large room with a double bed of 140 X 200 cm and a single bed of 80 X 190 cm with storage space and a beautiful shower room.
You will discover a bedroom with a double bed is finely decorated in white and gold tones, for 2 people and a second room with a single bed that has a large wardrobe and a bedside table with lamp.
Outside:
The patio has a table and two wooden garden chairs, ideal for having breakfast or relaxing between two excursions in our capital.
The district:
Liberty Avenue is the longest street in Lisbon. It connects the Place Marques Pombal and the Place des Restaurateurs. Marquês de Pombal district was born from the extension of Avenida da Liberdade, the former Public Promenade, and is located between this avenue and Eduardo VII Park. This roundabout, which pays homage to the prime minister who rebuilt Lisbon after the 1755 earthquake, helped structure the new city space in the north. The statue of Marquês de Pombal is on the top of a monument of this place whose construction was completed in 1934.
Multiple kiosks for breakfast or a drink will enchant you with their authenticity. Just 15 minutes from the famous avenue, the Lisbon Botanical Garden is very easily accessible. With an area of 40 hectares, this garden is known for its subtropical flora and depends on the faculty of science of the University of Lisbon. Climb aboard the Gloria Funicular to reach the nearby Bairro Alto and admire the panorama from Sao Pedro de Alcantara lookout.
Within a radius of two kilometers, different areas of the city will amaze you with their differences: Principe Real, the trendy neighborhood, Chiado chic, Estrela the bourgeoisie and Bairro Alto.
