Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.



The neighborhood

The Anjos neighborhood is becoming one of the most trendy and coolest neighborhood in Lisbon. Nearby you'll find shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and traditional local commerce.

It has an edge that appeals to designers, musicians and artists. It also has many of the coolest new bars and cafés of the city. You’ll find plenty of skaters and street artists hanging around or practicing here and the main square is often a stage for dance groups to perform a 5 minutes walking with cafes and esplanades.
